Fire Ban
Unfortunately, we are still under a county fire ban, due to lack of rain. Unless it is lifted before February 13th, there will not be fires allowed at The Ambient Campout. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. The land is so dry, and can easily catch fire.
Alcoholic Beverages
This is a BYOB event. Guests over 21 years of age can bring in alcohol.
Food
Bring grub too.
Leave no trace
This is a leave no trace event. Campers, please be responsible for packing out all your belongings, trash, and cigarette butts. It is much appreciated.
Natural Hazards
Please be careful and on the look out for potential hazards such as poison ivy, snakes, spiders, and scorpions.
There is only primitive camping available, so bring everything you will need to be comfortable. Campers and RV's are welcome. Although we have plans for rainwater collection showers, they are not available yet.
Car pool If you need a ride out to The Hundred Acre Wood, or you have extra room in your car, please post details about it on our forum. We are not responsible for working out your ride share, but we offer this resource to assist everyone in hooking up and helping each other out.
